Molti lo ricordano solo come colui che ha allietato le calde sere d’estate con i suoi gelati. “Gelateria da ANZIO” negli anni 80 era un punto di riferimento per il paese, ma è di più Primo presidente nonché sponsor della neonata squadra di pallavolo Minerbiese, sempre in quegli anni. Dopo la gelateria si è trasformato in un super eroe PAVIA 15, stando lontano da Minerbio parecchie ore , ma non dal “CAMPO”, come vedremo. Il salto di qualità lo ha fatto nel 2000,prima come spettatore ,al di là del recinto, dopo pochi mesi all’Interno del campo da Baseball. La scusa era portare il figlio Roberto. Ben presto assume la carica di Dirigente Accompagnatore ,che ricoprirà per ben 10 anni. Tolte le spoglie di Dirigente, rimane in società come addetto alle griglie (….ne ha fatte tante e tante ne farà…), bar e assieme ad EROS manutentore del campo (come un 3° figlio), ruolo che ricopre tutt’ora. Amico sincero, consigliere affidabile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ora si divide tra VOLONTARIO AUSER a Minerbio , in pronto soccorso a Bentivoglio, BASEBALL, NONNO e Famiglia.
